Dragging windows from one app in Spaces!

This is a Leopard only tip. I already presented many Spaces tips when Leopard came out, but there is even more. Many of these tips showed how to move windows from one space to another, but there was never a way to move all the windows from a specific application at the same time. It is possible when you drag it in the F8 window. Here is how:

1. Hit F8 to see all the Spaces.
2. Instead of dragging all the windows (considering all the windows are in one space) from a specific application one by one, hold down "Shift", click on a window of this application
and drag it to another space. All the other windows from this application that are in the same space will follow!

It is also possible to drag single windows from a space to another one just by clicking on the top of the window you want to drag and tapping Ctrl+"arrows"1 ;)

For me holding down command key while moving one window of an application moves other windows as well.

Well, why use the ctrl + arrows key to move the window to a different space? You can do it simply by pressing the window against the side of the desktop and in 2 sec it will take you to another spaces. The same thing works up and down.

Of course the ctrl+ number will work to jump a space. For example if I am in Window 1, I can hit ctrl+4 to take the application to space 4. :-)

Yes, Command does do the same thing... but iAlways move my windows with command (although shift does this to) because it puts the window in the exact same position as where it was on the other space.

You can also drag a window all the way in the direction of the space you want to move it to and it will switch to that space. You can also use expose within the spaces view (after hitting F8 hit F9) to see all the windows you can move

Sort of good option but can be annoying if you just want to sit a window on the edge. Can it be turned off
